Yes, we offer a 10 day satisfaction guarantee on all products as long as you return the product in good condition with the original packaging materials. You need to pay the return shipping fee by yourself. 2.What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet? That's fine, simply continue through the ordering process and we will receive your order electronically. Actually, we do not keep any credit card information of our customers since we use PAYPAL to accept credit card payment. All transactions will go to PAPAL site, which is one of the most secure online payment service. You also can then write us a check, and as soon as we receive payment, we'll ship your order. 3.What payment do you accept? We accept payment in US dollar, Euro and GB pound. For the payment in Euro and GB pounds, we only accept payment by check. For the payment in US dollar, you could pay us by check or credit card. All credit card transactions go through PAYPAL. 4.How about the shipment and time? The shipment method and time depend on the products ordered. For average orders we normally aim to deliver within 2 weeks or less by air after receive your payment, large orders may take considerably longer. The estimated shipment time will be confirmed by e-mail within 2 working days of you order being placed. Normally we will ship your products by air but the very big order may be shipped by sea. Firstly, choose the product catalogue you are interested in from the product menu on the left, then you choose a product and enter into the product page. On the product page you may add the product into your shopping cart. Secondly, you could choose to order additional products by adding them into your shopping cart. You can modify the quantity of your product by clicking "update". You need to log in with your account before you could checkout. If you have not an account with us, you have to register an account before you could checkout. To register an account, you just click login on the right upper corner of the screen and then fill the register from. To place your order click 'Checkout' and confirm your address, shipment details and payment options. Follow the instructions on the screen.
